I called on L & K last year due to their Factory Authorized accreditation. I was pleased to learn that their response time and staff knowledge surpassed my expectations. One year later, I called again for a PM service and asked them to install a pre-purchased Automatic Humidifier. Kathy (the owner) researched my product so the Tech would be well informed and brought spare parts for a proper fit up. The (2) Techs arrived at my home as scheduled, and were very professional and courteous. When completed it is evident that they took care and attention in everything they did.
